Is DraftKings' casino app separate from the sportsbook app?
Both. Casino sits inside DraftKings: Sports & Casino and ships as its own app too. We read both App Store listings on 23 September 2026.
Is the DraftKings casino app separate from the sportsbook app? Both. Casino games sit inside DraftKings: Sports & Casino, the combined app, in CT, MI, NJ, PA and WV per its App Store listing, and DraftKings also publishes a standalone DraftKings Casino - Real Money app that names the same five states. One casino, two front doors.
Every figure below is what Apple’s US App Store displayed when this desk read the two listings and DraftKings’ developer page on 23 September 2026. Ratings, sizes and chart positions drift daily; the two-door structure is the finding.
What do the two DraftKings App Store listings show?
| Read on 23 Sept 2026 | DraftKings: Sports & Casino | DraftKings Casino - Real Money |
|---|---|---|
| Store ID | id1375031369 | id1462060332 |
| Subtitle | Sportsbook, Betting, Live Bets | Slots, Blackjack & Roulette |
| Developer | DraftKings | DraftKings |
| Ratings shown | 1.3M, 4.8 stars | 110K, 4.7 stars |
| Chart | #1 Sports | #26 Casino |
| Size | 340.7 MB | 187.4 MB |
| Apple age rating | 18+ | 18+ |
| Casino states named | CT/MI/NJ/PA/WV | CT/MI/NJ/PA/WV |
| Age terms printed | 21+ (18+ DC/NH/PR/WY) | 21+ |
| What it says is inside | Sportsbook, Predictions, Racing, casino | Slots, blackjack, roulette, live dealer |
The combined binary is 153.3 MB heavier and sits in a different Apple chart. That is what you would expect of an app carrying a sportsbook, a prediction market and a racing product on top of the casino lobby.
The combined listing opens with “Now Live in All 50 States!”, which describes the app, not the casino. Its own small print ends “Casino available in CT/MI/NJ/PA/WV ONLY”, and its age terms are the sportsbook’s. The standalone casino listing claims “over 1000+” real-money games and says it is powered by the same technology as DraftKings’ sportsbook and daily fantasy products. That is the listing’s description; we did not open either package.
Is the DraftKings casino app separate from the sportsbook app, or the same thing?
Separate as a listing and a download; not separate as a destination, because the combined app carries casino in the same five states. A player in New Jersey can reach slots from either icon. What neither listing states is whether a session, a balance or a deposit limit set in one install shows up in the other.
This site found the same question answered differently elsewhere. BetMGM runs two listings per store, and Fanatics built two casino front doors on one build number. The Caesars answer sits alongside both.
How many apps does DraftKings publish on the App Store?
Eight, on the developer page as read: DraftKings Predictions, Pick6 DraftKings Sports Picks, Golden Nugget Online Casino, DK Horse Racing & Betting, DraftKings Casino - Real Money, DraftKings: Sports & Casino, Jackpocket Lottery App and DraftKings Fantasy Sports DFS.
The pattern repeats beyond casino. The combined listing says Predictions and Racing are “within the app”, and the developer page also lists DraftKings Predictions and DK Horse Racing & Betting as separate apps. It adds that the two “operate separately from Sportsbook and are subject to different regulatory requirements”. Golden Nugget Online Casino is a second casino app under the same developer name; we did not read its listing and make no claim about where it runs.
Questions people ask
Does the DraftKings app have a casino?
The combined one does, in five states. The DraftKings: Sports & Casino listing says casino is available in CT, MI, NJ, PA and WV only, as read on 23 September 2026. Elsewhere the same install is a sportsbook, with Predictions and Racing inside it, and what it offers varies by state.
Can I use the same account for DraftKings Sportsbook and Casino?
Neither listing says. The standalone casino listing tells a new user to download the app and create a free account, and the combined listing refers to its terms at draftkings.com. Whether one login, balance or set of limits covers both installs is not stated in the text this desk read, and we did not install either app.
Which states have DraftKings Casino?
Both App Store listings name the same five: Connecticut, Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. The standalone listing adds that players must be 21 or older and physically present there. These are the listings’ own statements as read on 23 September 2026, not a licence register, and the map can change.
The settings screen that matters
Two icons means two places to look for limits. If both are installed, check the deposit and session controls in each rather than assuming one covers the other; the listings do not say. Both print the 1-800-GAMBLER line. This site covers apps as software, not as places to win: 18+, availability varies by jurisdiction, and the limits screen is the first one worth opening.
